Mindamigo brings a holistic and inspirational supportive approach to help you to improve your own mental health and personal wellbeing. For those unfortunate enough to suffer with anxiety and/or low mood, it gives you the tools with which to cope better and deal with your problems more effectively. Remember you are always in control, Mindamigo is simply there working alongside you.

Its focus is to empower you to help yourself, towards becoming your own therapist, utilising the two most effective and impactful psychological therapies - Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Throughout your journey to better mental health youll discover, and begin to understand the empowering nature of these two proven therapies, especially as you’ll also be engaging with mindfulness and the virtuous principles of eastern wisdom.

By simply tuning in to the dedicated ACT, CBT and Mindfulness audio course, that together provide insightful, but also practical wisdom, you’ll begin to get a better understanding of your own mental health and how you can take steps to help yourself move forward.

Mindamigo with help you to overcome those burdensome thoughts and challenging circumstances and thereafter support you to grow and separate from any difficult personal experiences with insights and psychological principles to easily work into your daily life. You will learn to take control of, and improve, your own mental wellbeing, with Mindamigo’s help you can achieve wonderful results.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT):

By using psychological flexibility and cognitive awareness, the ACT approach promotes a more open and compassionate frame of mind when experiencing difficult and challenging emotions, thoughts and situations. It also helps you to develop a healthier sense of self-worth and a set of appropriate personal values which then establishes solid foundations upon which to improve your own mental fitness.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT):

CBT offers a practical, easily workable approach to overcoming challenging thoughts and emotions through personal reflection on the true existing evidence and thereafter by challenging any negative distortions. It empowers you to change your own perspective and build new and positive daily habits.

Working alongside the audio course, youll also find a variety of engaging techniques taken from both ACT and CBT. These include easy and attainable goal setting; how to challenge your negative thoughts; working to realise and consider your values; and also many different meditation and awareness exercises. You’ll set the goals, you will follow the guidance and you will see the results.

Through direct engagement with the Mindamigo App, you’ll learn to track and focus on your true mood and mental wellbeing, ensuring that Mindamigo is working in the best way for you. The dedicated wellbeing dashboard and bespoke personal space for mood journaling means that you’ll be able stay in complete control of your journey, moving at your own pace and with your own goals azs the target. Each of our journeys is different, but Mindamigo will ease the burden and always be at your side.
